Introduction

These Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use Agreement ("Terms") apply fully to every player and user ("player" or "you") who accesses the q79 platform's website, mobile application, and related services ("platform").

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing games, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services. q79 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the website.

1. Account Registration and Identity Verification

1.1 Age Restriction

Players must be at least 21+ years old to use the platform. If an account is found to have been registered with a false age, q79 has the right to close that account immediately and handle any remaining balance in accordance with applicable laws.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each player may open only one account on q79. It must be registered using their own personal information; using another person's details is strictly prohibited.

If duplicate accounts are found, bonuses will be cancelled, balances may be frozen without authorisation, and further play may be blocked.

1.3 Account Security

Players must keep their login details (username and password) confidential and must not share them with anyone. All activity on a player's account will be considered the player's own responsibility. If a player grants a third party access to their account, responsibility still lies with the player.

1.4 Providing Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, contact number and payment details provided when registering an account must be accurate, and supporting documents to verify this information must be submitted when requested.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

All payment methods on the q79 platform — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and bank transfer — are available for deposits, but the minimum amount per deposit is 5,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

2.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Once a request has been verified, the standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes. Please note that this may vary due to network delays or bank service hours.

2.4 Payment Processing

• The deposit method and withdrawal method must match.
• All deposits must come from the player's own account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed by q79 after verification.

3. Bonus and Promotion Terms

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. The bonus amount of 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks in wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example 2 — Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a balance of 320,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.

The bonus can only be withdrawn after the 15x wagering requirement has been met. If a withdrawal is requested before this requirement is fulfilled, the bonus amount may be forfeited.

3.2 VIP Club Cashback

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

As betting volume increases, players can move up to higher VIP tiers and earn higher cashback rates. VIP cashback is also subject to a wagering requirement before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.

3.3 Cases Where Bonuses Are Not Eligible

• Bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts
• Where bonus abuse is proven
• Where the player does not cooperate with the KYC verification process
• Accounts funded through third-party payments

3.4 Right to Suspend Bonuses

q79 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice.

4. Gameplay Rules

4.1 Fair Play

q79 places a strong emphasis on fair play for all players. Game outcomes must be free from manipulation and are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

4.2 Prohibited Practices

• Using software bots or automated playing methods
• Using exploits to take unfair advantage of game systems
• Collusion between players
• Intentionally abusing bonuses through improper means (bonus abuse)

If any player is found to have committed these violations, their account will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be withheld.

4.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a server error, software bug or incorrect payment display, q79 reserves the right to correct the affected results. Players must notify q79 immediately via Live Chat upon noticing any such error.

5. Account Suspension and Closure

5.1 Conditions Under Which q79 May Suspend an Account

• Inaccurate information is found to have been provided during registration
• Fraudulent gameplay is proven
• Suspected money laundering activity is identified
• The player requests it themselves
• When required by a lawful request

5.3 Balance Refund Eligibility

Whether remaining balances are returned or not depends on q79's investigation results and the reason for the account closure. Balances in accounts closed due to fraudulent activity may be withheld by q79.
